Basic hotel but clean and very central. Staff are amazing. So helpful. Special thanks to Babita and Ratna whi were so friendly and helpful.
The room was decent for the price, I had to stay there for a longer while and all was fine. Thank you to Sharon, Rhiannon and a lady with black hair forgot her name- for great customer service!
The room was perfectly adequate for my 1 night stay, there's always a minor maintenance issue when I stay at a Travelodge but nothing drastic enough to put me off. This time most of the screws on the toilet door handle were missing, 7 out of 8 screws, and the catches on the window were loose but there was a security cable on the window and I was on the 3rd floor. The hotel is across the road from the train station but I didn't hear a sound. It was very quiet in the hotel and I didn't hear any noise from other guests.
Stayed a few nights ago with my partner, the staff were very welcoming and friendly and the room was clean. Very good location as it’s right next to the train station and town. Slept well with late check out
Great service from the staff. I was on the 4th floor. Room great value - basic but a comfortable bed, quiet and clean. Shower pressure could be better but it was fine. Breakfast was good value for a big selection offered and the quality of it. Overall, a great stay and great value.
At the end of November stayed at Travelodge Maidenhead Central for 5 days. The room i had was immaculate, everything was in good condition and worked well. It was warm, safe and comfortable and well equipped. The staff were efficient but also friendly & caring. They went that extra mile. The food was delicious and varied. For the evenings the staff brought the food to the table. They would recommend some of the dishes & always checked if I needed anything. One lady made me a lovely salad as an extra side dish. Breakfast were self service & there was loads to choose from. The location was fabulous. It was a stone's throw from the station & the shops which was a real blessing. This initially worried me but although I could hear the trains and traffic it wasn't at all intrusive. Normally I am a light sleeper but it didn't bother me at all. The hotel's security was first class. I loved the mood lighting in the room. At the moment the hotel does not have an alcohol licence before 11 pm but it is right next door to a pub and a small branch of Sainsbury's. People were welcome to drink in their rooms. This hotel SHOULD have a 5 star rating. It ranks as one of the best hotels i've ever stayed at. Carolyn Goddard (room 106)
Excellent value for money. Clean & spacious rooms. Great location & only a few minutes walk to the town centre with a good selection of restaurants. Dining options available at the hotel too. Breakfast was very good with a variety of hot and cold options available. Really lovely, friendly team from reception to housekeeping, making us feel very welcome. Thank you!
My wife and I had a fantastic time room was very clean and tidy reception staff were very friendly and helpful and it's a great location for the railway station and the shops
